Been with Prime Storage for several years now. From day one, when I signed my contract with the company, its level of customer service has been impeccable. I can't say enough positive things about how the front desk staff, beginning with Ton, who is no longer working there, and, lately, Husain and Kariza, all have been a pleasure to deal with. I particularly appreciated their clear communication and patience, especially last January when I was late in signing the renewal of my contract. I must also mention how clean, bright, and well maintained the facilities are.
