My experience here was phenomenal! I was very anxious about my timeline, the price as well as the whole process of moving, but it was so easy! The staff were so accommodating, being very flexible with my schedule. Garry was so thorough with explaining everything and was so kind. These guys are truly stellar. We had a storage unit there from early 2020 to spring 2026, mostly managing it from either across the country or out-of-country. This has to have been one of the easiest, most stress-free and pleasant storage experiences I've ever had. Garry is a rockstar, and probably one of the kindest souls you'll come across. He always made me feel at ease in our interactions, and was 100% helpful and understanding, including times when a credit card on file expired. Communication was always clear and consistent, and these guys really made everything so easy, including when we finally moved our stuff out. The facilities themselves are very clean, organized, and have everything you need. It meant the world that even from far away, I never had to worry about the safety or security of our things. I can't recommend Storguard Burnaby enough, and am so appreciative of all that Garry's done for us.

Had a great experience at this StorGuard location. Dev was very helpful, patient, and professional, and made the whole storage process much easier than expected. The facility itself is clean, well managed, and feels secure, especially with the passcode-gated entrance for added security. I really appreciated the help and hospitality, especially while figuring out the right storage solution for my needs around the Burnaby/Edmonds area. Highly recommend this location.

Look no further -- this place is hands down the best! My friend used them multiple times over the past 5 years across 3 different moves, with her latest stay lasting almost 2 years. I helped her with all 3 of those moves, and over the past 2 months, I’ve been there a few times a week helping clear the unit out, so I’ve become very familiar with how this facility is run.
The staff here is absolutely amazing. There is virtually no turnover, so you see the same familiar faces who genuinely recognize and greet you. The security for the indoor units is top-notch: they have a staffed front desk from 8 AM to 6 PM, keypad access past the main desk, and tons of security cameras. Because security is so tight, there is no access to the indoor storage outside of business hours (though they do have outdoor units with 24-hour access if you don't need climate control).
Speaking of climate control, it is flawless: perfectly cool in the summer and warm in the winter. All of my friend's belongings, including delicate furniture and electronics, came out looking exactly as they did going in. Highly, highly recommend!

Storguard at the burnaby location is awesome. I have had several units there over several years. The service has been very appreciated. I have switched lockers from bigger to smaller and it has always been a pleasure to be serviced by Garry. He is knowledgeable and very helpful. A very personable man. I like Storguard, it is well maintained and secure.
