Storguard Self Storage - Burnaby

Storguard is an incredibly well-run facility. Not only is it safe, the people who run it (and with my personal experience, Garry in particular) are next level awesome. I have felt cared for, and in a world where customer service of such expertise is hard to find anymore, they've got it. Garry is a lovely human and I am extremely thankful for his help and definitely would not call anyone else before Storguard Burnaby should I need storage again. Those are my two cents. :)

I rented a storage locker for the first time and I could not be more happy and satisfied with my experience at Storguard. Firstly, I must say that Garry is the best at providing great customer service. He is easy to talk to, kind, helpful, caring, friendly, polite, personable, and very professional. The location is convenient, the facility is modern and huge, there are so many lockers, and the space is clean and spacious. It was a bit pricey for me, though. All in all, it was what I needed at the time and I was actually sad to go. Thank you so much, Garry for all your help! I appreciate it!

Had a storage unit at Storguard Burnaby for 3 years. Excellent facility, very clean, all of my possessions were kept in great condition, and the loading bay was as easy as could be (and covered for rain). Garry was always very responsive and helpful. Top notch customer service.

Very clean and well-managed facility. Helpful staff. Great location. Recommend this storage for both short and long term storage needs. A bit pricy, but there is not that many storage facilities in the area.

Burnaby Self-Storage provided excellent service for my U-Haul truck rental. The staff was personable, efficient and conscientious. Best possible experience and I'll definitely use their services again. Thank you!
