Our experience has been absolutely wonderful. The assistant manager gave us tour of the place to make sure we knew where to find our unit and made sure everything was to our liking and made sure the unit made sense for our needs.
It’s only our first day but highly recommend Prime Storage.

Very accommodating. I had some issues with my application; the manager handled it patiently and meticulously. She explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. She showed me around and helped compare different storage units so I could come up with an informed choice. The facility is very clean and organized. I will surely recommend this to others.

The staffs are friendly and well explained to all my questions including the some negative reviews. As I started to look for the storage, I found that it is very common to raise the price to match with the market price. But, they said that first six months, they keep the same price. So, I am thankful.
