Front desk staff are very friendly and efficient. The storage facility is well lit, clean and not creepy at all. Only negative is the mandatory monthly insurance charge, only 4 moving trolleys available and must purchase their locks. Their phone app is very handy.

Moved in yesterday. Staff is super friendly and patient to show me my unit and answer any questions I had. It took less than 15 mins to get everything settled at the rental office, even smoother than I expected! The facility is clean and secure, loading/unloading was convenient. Would highly recommend to friends in the future.

I inquired about Prime Storage mid June to secure a space for a future date, and the customer service lady was very informative and provided me with information about the process. Then I went in to the Burnaby location and dealt with Husain. He was very professional, showed me the unit and then explained in detail everything about the contract before I signed it. He was very professional and with that type of service, I would willingly be a return customer if I needed it again.

The process was seamless from start to finish. The facility itself was clean, well-lit, and secure. The customer service was top-notch everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Umesh (assistant manager)took the time to answer all my questions and ensure I was comfortable with the unit.
