Kanwal at Prime Storage Burnaby was wonderful to work with. She’s very friendly and professional, and took the time to show me different units and help me choose the option that best suited my needs, with no pressure at all.
I compared about five or six storage facilities, and Prime Storage Burnaby offered the best prices with secure storage units, along with great discounts for both short-term and long-term storage. The location is very accessible and centrally located, making it convenient for Metrotown, Brentwood, and Vancouver.
Highly recommend this location, excellent service and great value.

Absolutely amazing experience! I was served by Kanwal, and the customer service was truly top-tier. Kanwal was friendly, honest, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best option for my needs, not trying to upsell or push anything unnecessary. I've been a long time customer for years and the receptionist Kanwal is hands down the best staff I've ever met. She always answer my request patiently such as when I was looking to upgrade and downgrade my unit she'd show all the available units to me tirelessly and even help me measure my storage content and recommend me the best size and location. Even the move out experience was fast and hassle-free, unlike other places that has a long procedure. The person that answers the phone call (outside customer service rep) may not always provide you a good response but Kanwal at reception will resolve all your issues. She truly deserves a raise.
