clean, helpful staff; access times decreased when prime took over that location. emergency phone number very helpful when got locked in the property; cut the time too close waiting for the bathroom lol. The piss off was when i was leaving and they said there was room to negotiate the monthly cost; had no idea it was ever negotiable and it was too late at that point. Like a car sales model ?!

Front desk staff are very friendly and efficient. The storage facility is well lit, clean and not creepy at all. Only negative is the mandatory monthly insurance charge, only 4 moving trolleys available and must purchase their locks. Their phone app is very handy.

I rented for six months.
When I checked in, Umesh patiently explained and helped me choose the right storage location and size.
I moved out of the warehouse two days ago, and Husain and his colleagues helped me check out and gave me great help.
This experience of renting a warehouse is very good. Every employee is very enthusiastic and patient. The environment is clean, bright, tidy, comfortable and safe.
