I've been a long time customer for years and the receptionist Kanwal is hands down the best staff I've ever met. She always answer my request patiently such as when I was looking to upgrade and downgrade my unit she'd show all the available units to me tirelessly and even help me measure my storage content and recommend me the best size and location. Even the move out experience was fast and hassle-free, unlike other places that has a long procedure. The person that answers the phone call (outside customer service rep) may not always provide you a good response but Kanwal at reception will resolve all your issues. She truly deserves a raise.
