Great experience with Prime Storage. The facility is very clean, secure, and well organized. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they made the whole storage process simple and stress-free.
Access to the units is easy, and I felt confident leaving my belongings there knowing the property is well maintained and monitored. The pricing was fair and the customer service was excellent from start to finish.

Initially was going to leave a poor review because of a situation where they changed the parking and I was out of town. But once I picked up the car today the manager told me that I would not be charged extra for getting the car towed and moved to a different location in their parking lot. So this is actually a good review and although late, they did act professionally and sorted me out. Would recommend parking with them in the future.

Absolutely amazing experience! I was served by Kanwal, and the customer service was truly top-tier. Kanwal was friendly, honest, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best option for my needs, not trying to upsell or push anything unnecessary. She took the time to explain different options and even recommended a more affordable unit that made the most sense for me. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who actually puts the customer first. Clean, secure facility and an overall stress-free experience. Highly recommend!

Great service from start to finish! Very friendly, efficient, and helpful team. I felt very safe and secure leaving my car in storage for 3+ months. Highly recommend Prime Storage.
