Very accommodating. I had some issues with my application; the manager handled it patiently and meticulously. She explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. She showed me around and helped compare different storage units so I could come up with an informed choice. The facility is very clean and organized. I will surely recommend this to others.

Nice staff and clean. However they promise you a rate but tack on extra fees. I've had my storage unit for 2 years and have had 3 price increases.
